According to China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC), three CIS countries including Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan decided to start an investigation against cold rolled stainless steel seamless pipe which was origin from China. HS code is 7304410009.
It’s known that the prices of seamless pipe from Chinese mills are quite competitive in the above countries.
The total value of stainless steel seamless pipe that was imported from China by the three countries was nearly US$51.296 million.
It’s expected to comment on the antidumping case within 3 months after it’s initiated.
